  • A slightly more dynamic 1:1 Yoga & Meditation informed/inspired by Somatic Therapy (just like our skin & body treatments), exploring a range of different shapes & themes, dependent on the day - and always totally tailored to you & your nervous system. (90mins including consult & tea, and asana, pranayama and chanting practices that begin and end in meditative awareness. A "moving meditation", if you will..

    We use bolsters, blankets, yoga straps/blocks, chairs and sometimes even the wall as a prop. No matter the limitation/s you may be working with (physical, mental, emotional) our somatic approach will always meet you where you're at.

    This style of yoga will help get you in touch with your body and attuned to the present moment, through stilling the fluctuations of mind and reinstating a remembrance of the soul.

Informed/inspired by Somatic Therapy (just like our skin & body treatments), this style of Subtle Yoga is totally tailored to you & your nervous system; as is the spoken-word guided Savasana (Yoga Nidra style) meditation. (60mins including consult & tea, and a slow, unplanned - yet thoughtful/considered - asana practice channeled intuitively in-the-moment, at the time.

    We use bolsters, blankets, yoga straps/blocks, chairs and sometimes even the wall as a prop. No matter the limitation/s you may be working with (physical, mental, emotional) this subtle, introspective approach will gently meet you where you're at. This style of yoga will see you rest into the soft animal of your body and sink deeply into presence, through stilling the mind and slowly, slowly, unveiling the soul.
